About the Role
We’re looking for a Plant Installation Specialist to join our small, friendly team. Your main responsibility will be to bring our projects to life by installing artificial plants according to the plans created by our design team. You’ll shape and model the plants for a natural look, install them in various settings making sure they look as natural and aesthetically pleasing as possible.
Most of our projects take place in Tallinn and the surrounding areas, but since we serve clients across the entire EU, occasional work trips abroad are also part of the job.
What You’ll Be Doing
✓ Installing artificial plants in line with prepared designs
✓ Shaping and modeling the plants to give them a natural look
✓ Working with different formats — potted plants, green room dividers, vertical walls etc
✓ Making sure the end result is clean, balanced, and visually appealing
✓ Managing your own schedule and taking responsibility for project delivery
What We’re Looking For
✓ Someone who enjoys working with plants and creating beautiful spaces
✓ Previous experience in floral design or similar creative work is required
✓ A good eye for detail and a sense of aesthetics
✓ Responsible, independent, and reliable
✓ Open to learning — we’ll provide training and share our best practices
