Payment options

In the Green4Ever online store, you can pay via your online bank, through a secure, fast, and easy system. Select your bank, enter the required identification details, and you’ll be redirected to your internet bank. There you’ll see all payment information, including the amount due. After confirming the payment, please click “Return to merchant”—this step is important so we receive the successful payment notice and can begin processing your order.

Of course, you can pay by bank transfer, bank card, PayPal, and we also offer payment by invoice.

The delivery

The available products will be shipped from our central warehouse as soon as possible. We pack every item with great care to keep it safe in transit, so it arrives in the same condition it left the warehouse. We use DPD couriers, and certain products can be sent to a parcel locker. Because lockers have limited space, orders sent to a DPD parcel machine cannot exceed 60 cm in height or width. When you place your order, the DPD locker option will appear only if the items selected meet these size requirements. 

Large plants and trees are delivered on special pallets for safe transport. If your order requires this, we’ll contact you in advance to confirm all delivery details. If anything is unclear or you have questions, contact us via email info@green4ever.shop or call +372 880 1511. Deliveries are handled by the courier. Most orders arrive within 2 weeks, but the exact estimate is shown in the table beneath each product. During peak periods (e.g., holidays), delays may occur due to increased parcel volumes – this is, unfortunately, outside our control. 

Shipping availability

Please note that orders to Malta, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Cyprus, and Norway are only accepted if the customer is willing to cover the full postal costs. If you wish to place an order from one of these countries, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm shipping options and costs.

Tracking your order: as soon as your order is handed to the courier, we’ll send you a tracking code (with a link) so you can follow the parcel in real time. You can either click the link in our email or copy the code into the courier’s tracking page. Depending on the carrier, use:

The information above applies to orders placed directly through the Green4Ever online store. For projects and collaborations, delivery times and costs are specified in the proposal document.

Returns

We’re truly sorry if the plant you purchased from the Green4Ever online store didn’t meet your expectations. We hope you’ll find something you love in our wide range next time.

How to return the product: you may return items within 14 days of receiving them. First, please email info@green4ever.shop with your order number and a brief reason for the return. We’ll reply and send you a DPD return label within three working days. It’s important the product isn’t damaged in transit and arrives in the same condition as delivered; please pack it carefully in the original packaging and attach the DPD label securely on top of the parcel.

For smaller items, please use a DPD parcel machine/locker or parcel shop. Larger parcels will be collected by a DPD courier.
