How long does delivery take and what are the shipping costs?

Orders are typically delivered within about two weeks, depending on the product and your location. We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible and will send you a tracking code as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping is free for all orders over €200. For orders below €200, the following shipping costs apply:

  • DPD courier: €24.99

  • DPD pickup points: €19.99

Larger or extra-tall trees are carefully packed and delivered on pallets by courier. If your order requires pallet delivery, we will contact you in advance to confirm the delivery details and timing.
